Once again I issue a health warning, (disclaimer) that the my efforts may not all be technically perfect or, indeed, artistic but they are a little flavour of my day and just caught my eye. To all those that check in every so often, enjoy and feel free to add any comments you may have.
Should have planning permission as does not meet permitted development rights guidelines. Would be refused at that height due to adopted roads visibility splay requirements. Probably something in their title deeds about height of fence/hedges etc on pavement boundary. https://www.mygov.scot/build-fence-wall-house/
